How To Pay for School Trips

 

When a teacher books a school trip there will be an initial letter explaining all the details of the trip. This will be the date of the trip, cost and where it will take place. It will then tell you to log on to your Parentmail account to make the payment and give your consent. Please do not use the app as school does not support this.

When you log in to Parentmail you will need to go to payments and then click on the shop. The payment item for your child will be there for you to pay. You will just need to add the item to your basket and add your card details to make payment. When you have done this, you are giving your consent at the same time for child to take part in the activity.
